NYC Direct Funds Inc. collects information you voluntarily provide, including your name, business information, email address, phone number and funding-request details.

We use this information to evaluate funding requests, communicate with applicants, provide customer service and, when appropriate, connect qualified businesses with independent financing providers.

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers and financing providers as needed to process a request, operate our systems, comply with law or protect our rights.

Cookies and tracking: Our website and providers may use cookies and similar technologies for functionality, security, analytics, and performance. Browser settings may allow you to block or delete cookies, although doing so may affect website functions.

Data security: We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed for the information we handle. Restricted financial information is intended to be stored only in approved access-controlled systems. No system is completely secure.

Mobile information and SMS consent: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties. Service providers that support our messaging program may process mobile information only as necessary to provide those services and may not use it for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

If you separately consent to SMS communications, NYC Direct Funds Inc. may send optional, non-promotional customer-care messages about requests you initiate. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. SMS consent is not a condition of applying for or purchasing any service.

At this time, our public application is a three-step fit check. It asks whether you can provide recent business bank statements, but it does not accept bank-statement uploads or connect to bank accounts. Do not send bank statements, bank-login credentials, account numbers, or other sensitive financial information through the public form or ordinary email. If supporting financial information is later needed, a representative will contact you and explain whether an approved secure submission method is available.
