All programs, amounts, rates, fees, repayment terms and timing are subject to documentation, provider underwriting and final approval. Applicants are responsible for reviewing any provider’s final terms before acceptance.

NYC Direct Funds Customer-Care Text Program: NYC Direct Funds Inc. offers an optional, recurring, non-promotional customer-care text-message program for people who request assistance and expressly consent to receive text messages. Messages may include responses to service inquiries, missed-call acknowledgments, appointment confirmations and coordination, document requests, and updates or follow-up concerning requests initiated by you.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. After you reply STOP, we may send a confirmation and will not send further text messages unless you opt in again.
